Families First New York is a nonprofit organization, registered as a 501(c)3 under the Internal Revenue Service Code. We are dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations achieve maximum impact.

Mission

Inspired by the potential for community service organizations to effect positive change in our communities, our mission is to strengthen these organizations so that their work is focused on achieving their missions and improving the lives of families, children, individuals and the community at large.

Families First New York pursues this mission by:

• Providing administrative services including development and marketing; human resources management; development of information systems; and financial and grants management, accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Offering management assistance in the form of in-depth support to groups that are grappling with organizational problems, challenged by change or growth, or striving to become stronger. This may take the form of organizational restructuring opportunities, shared executives, technical assistance, or training.

Vision

We will be widely recognized at the local, regional, and statewide levels as a leader in providing administrative services and management assistance to the nonprofit community. We will be a driving force in fostering healthy organizations and healthy communities.
