For year three of the Communities Empowering Youth Grant, the partners have prioritized structural needs, and made assessments of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the programs. Those procedures resulted in an agreement to work collaboratively to engage the community and map the areas strengths, build sustainability through re-funding the programs indefinitely, and expand the base of programs involved in CEY.
