Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals, children and families by strengthening the organizations that serve them

Families First New York is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit management services organization that grew out of the capacity-building work that Family Services, Inc began in 1992 with the Neighborhood Based Alliance.

As a non-profit ourselves, we know and understand the challenges you face.

Since 1992 we’ve worked with human services and youth development organizations, advocacy groups, and government agencies across New York State.

We work with clients one-to-one and we also work to develop collaborations and networks to leverage resources for everyone’s benefit.

In 2003 The Board of Family Services, Inc restructured the organization forming Families First New York.
